Be sure to read the "General Instructions" on the application fee, written test, and interview on the PPSC website at https://ppsc.gop.pk before submitting your online application.
Employees of Semi-Governmental, Autonomous, or Local Bodies, as well as those of the Federal, Provincial, or Local Governments, are not eligible for an age discount while they are working for that organization.
If a candidate asserts that their education is equivalent to the required education, they must present an equivalence certificate of their domestic or foreign education, issued by the competent authority of the concerned administrative department's HEC/PMDC/PMC/PEC & QEDC, which the commission will accept as final, at the time of the interview or whenever the Commission requests.
At the time of the interview or whenever the Commission requests it, a candidate who does not present an equivalence certificate issued by the competent authority will have his or her application rejected.
If a candidate claims to have expertise with a private firm or entity, he or she must present evidence during the interview that the firm or entity is registered with the SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other Regulatory Authority; otherwise, the application will be refused. The candidate must present documentation attesting to the fact that the private company in question was registered within the time frame for which the candidate claims experience.
The applicants will make sure that, after submitting an application for a particular position, they promptly seek for a Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC at the relevant Department(s) and present the Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC during the interview.
The candidates will make sure that they have obtained or applied for registration in PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or other relevant body for a Registration Certificate on or before the Closing Date and provide the same at the time of interview (if called) just after submitting an application for a specific post made available by PPSC.
At the time of the interview, the candidates will make sure they have all of their degrees' grades, total grades, or percentages on hand, as provided by the competent authority. Unacceptable CGPA
Candidates shouldn't believe any information that is supplied by anyone other than the PPSC website because it is not authentic.
Only in Lahore will the requisite typing test and shorthand test be administered.
No new applications will be accepted in the event that the respective department changes the number of open positions (increases or decreases).
